Ho Chi Minh City, May 12, 2026 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CTD) hereby provides an update on the ownership of the Korea Investment Management (KIM) group, which currently holds a 4.13% stake in the Company, based on the latest disclosed transaction reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. This marks the eighth ownership update since KIM became a major shareholder of Coteccons in June 2024, including four increases and four decreases in its ownership ratio. In response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 2026, Coteccons is partnering with the People’s Committee and Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to spread a safety culture, aiming for safe, sustainable workplaces that put people at the center. This year’s Action Month is implemented under Plan No. 11562 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Plan No. 96 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. The 2026 theme emphasizes innovation in management, strengthening the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in occupational risk prevention. At the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Cuong stressed that economic growth only has meaning when accompanied by the protection of workers’ lives, health, rights, and legitimate interests.
