COTECONS HONORED IN THE TOP 20 FAMOUS BRANDS OF VIETNAM 2024

On July 31st, 2024, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association held the “Famous Brands – Vietnam Competitive Brands 2024” certification ceremony. Coteccons was proud to be recognized among the “Top 20 Famous Brands of Vietnam.” 

After three years of restructuring, Coteccons has achieved many impressive business results and has been highly regarded by prestigious domestic and international organizations. Currently, the company leads the rankings of Vietnam’s building contractors (VNR), Best Workplace in the Construction Industry (VBW10), Top 50 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam, a constituent of the VNSI Vietnam Sustainability Index (HOSE), and a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I.). Additionally, Coteccons is the largest construction enterprise in Vietnam listed in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500. 

 Alongside the title of ” Outstanding Unit” at the WeChoice Awards 2023, this is a remarkable event, as Coteccons—primarily a B2B (Business-to-Business) company and the only construction contractor—was highly rated in an award where B2C (Business-to-Customer) companies dominate. This achievement solidifies Coteccons’ transformation from a B2B company to a B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Customer) model, with the goal of becoming a B2C company.

COTECCONS ACHIEVES INFORMATION DISCLOSURE STANDARDS FOR THE SIXTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

On July 6, 2026, Coteccons was once again recognized as a company meeting the 2026 Information Disclosure Standards under the IR Awards, marking the sixth consecutive year that the Company has fully complied with the stringent information disclosure requirements of Vietnam’s stock market. This achievement reaffirms Coteccons’ steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance, strengthening Investor Relations (IR), and building long-term trust with shareholders, business partners, and the investment community. The IR Awards, organized annually since 2011 by Vietstock, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and FiLi – Finance and Life e-Magazine, honor listed companies that meet the market’s information disclosure standards. The evaluation is conducted through a comprehensive and objective survey based on prevailing legal regulations on information disclosure, while also serving as the foundation for identifying companies with outstanding Investor Relations (IR) practices. The 2026 IR Awards Survey assessed 685 listed companies on the HOSE and HNX exchanges during the period from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. The results showed that only 459 companies, representing 67% of the total, fully satisfied the evaluation criteria and were recognized as meeting the 2026 Information Disclosure Standards. This year’s survey applied more stringent requirements, particularly regarding bilingual information disclosure under Circular No. 68/2024/TT-BTC, which amends and supplements several provisions of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC, reflecting the Vietnamese capital market’s continuous efforts to enhance transparency standards.
